Diet update

As of today I’m down to 136.5 (lol I’ve finally reached the point where I’m comfortable with giving out the actual number). In the past 8 days since I have been taking the HCG drops again, I have lost 6.5 pounds. However, I had gained 4.5 pounds in the 4 days before the diet, so really I’m only down 2.5 pounds. But I am feeling really positive about my progress and I’m not *that* concerned with the scale. I have to take the drops for another 2 weeks no matter what, and I only want to lose another 11 pounds max.

My body is really starting to look good! I definitely have an hourglass thing going on: smallish waist and relatively big boobs and butt. But I REALLY need to work on my underarms – I have so much flab jiggling underneath it’s ridiculous. And I want to tighten the inner side of my legs, from my knees to my thighs. My gut seems to be shrinking with the rest of me, but my arms and my thighs are still loose. I am going to start focusing mainly on toning when I’m at the gym.

It has been a lot easier for me to follow the diet this time around. Before the diet even started I already had 12 portions of chicken and a large bag of frozen shrimp in the freezer, and I had 2 bunches of asparagus, a head of cabbage, and 5 apples in the fridge. So I’ve barely been to the supermarket. I’ve also started cooking 3 servings at a time, meaning less time in the kitchen. It has been kind of boring eating the same thing day after day, especially after all the variety I had during the maintenance phase, but at this point I prefer to have my meals made in advance as much as possible.

So yeah, that’s it. All is well on the diet front.
